Launch of SAS' updated uniform
When SAS introduced its updated uniform, it marked an important moment for the airline. Uniform changes rarely happen, and when they do, they signal a renewed expression of identity. To support the announcement, SAS needed branded content that could bring the design story to life across platforms.
The video was filmed in a studio in Stockholm, built on a concept originally created for static photography. We translated that visual idea into motion - shaping a clear narrative flow, refining transitions, and aligning the expression with SAS' Scandinavian aesthetic. The process moved efficiently to meet a tight deadline, without compromising craft or clarity.
Inspired by the rhythm of a fashion shoot, the production focused on clean lines, controlled movement, and a sense of understated confidence. Lighting, pacing, and framing were designed to elevate the uniform as the hero while keeping the expression distinctly Scandinavian.
The production delivered a suite of assets tailored for each platform - social media, press materials, lounge environments, and internal communication. Together, they introduced the updated uniform with cohesion and purpose, helping SAS share a story that reflects its people, its values, and the region they represent.
